Answers before you ask
What is your MOQ for private label orders?
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per model for private-label packaging, and 1,000 pcs for custom colors or molds. Stock wholesale orders start from 50 pcs.
How long does sampling and mass production take?
Existing models: samples ship in 3–5 days. New tooling: 3D design 5–7 days, mold 20–30 days. Mass production usually 20–30 days after sample approval.
Can you sign an NDA before we share our design?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any drawing, mold or packaging review, and we never list your custom models in our public catalog.
Which certifications can you provide?
CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA and ISO 9001 / BSCI audited factory. Products use FDA-grade platinum silicone and can be tested to REACH on request.
Do you support Amazon FBA and dropshipping?
Yes — FBA labeling, polybag & carton specs, barcodes, and direct shipping to Amazon warehouses or your 3PL in EU/US.
How is product pricing calculated from your ERP catalog?
Catalog prices are EXW Dongguan reference ranges for stock configurations. Final quotes depend on quantity, packaging and customization.
